#1. APPLICATION ENGINEER
We are looking for an energetic professional Application Engineer based in Korea to work in the fast-growing CAE Market.
AE will be working directly with industry-leading customers based in Korea to support ANSYS software.
1. Job Description
• Provide top quality applications support to Korean customers with their ANSYS Fluid / Mechanical / Electric application.
• Investigate and debug ANSYS simulation problems on customer's designs.
2. Qualification
• Experience with ANSYS CAE environment and multi-physics Engineering
• Assist Sales and Marketing units in sales campaigns and strategic market development.
- promote new software license sales and expansions and advanced consulting services.
- manage consulting projects and track and organize project information.
- Travel to customer sites required
• Strong team-player and practical problem solver to work with internal applications engineering
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both the Korean and English languages
• Review customers implementations of pilot designs.
• Must have a bachelors degree in Fluid / Mechanical / Electric Engineering or related field of study plus five(7) years of experience or a directly related occupation.

#2. STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER
1.Job Description
- Drive sustainable business growth from the most important customers (Strategic Accounts) and maximize revenue potential across ANSYS products and services
• Generate a license, renewal and service revenue through multi portfolio solution
• 3 years opportunity creation and maturation
• Increase Up-Sell and Cross-Sell
• Improve consumption and demand
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction to strengthen business partnership
- Create business value and competitive differentiation through xLOB/Service/Channels collaboration
as one team
- Protect install base product footprint from competitive threat
- Improve reference-ability to leverage Brand Value of Strategic Accounts for demand generation
- Lead xLOB communication and quarterly review/update of account plan
- Review/Endorse all pipeline, forecast, proposal and pricing before further approval and presenting
to customers
- Own the account relationship and the overall business accountability for the strategic account
- Raising issues timely and solving the relevant issues properly
2.Qualification
• Must have bachelor degree and have over seven(7) years of sales experience in engineering S/W market (working experience in other IT industry is considerable)
• Appropriate understandings for CAE solutions and its respective market
• Experience in strategic account sales and industry sales (Minimum 2 years of account managing experience)
• Leadership and competencies for driving major account business
• Ability to make a strategy and planning
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

#3. MARKETING MANAGER
1.Job Description
- Provide logistics to events like seminars, conferences and trade shows. Typical tasks include preparing invitations, event agenda, registration forms, etc.
• Writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, and collateral
• Creating and enhancing campaign list/s
• Maintain project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars
• Various projects related to the market, which includes project meetings schedules and reporting
• Develop media/communication packs for a wide variety of audience
• Serve as liaison between the company, advertising and PR agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various other marketing services
• Prepare press releases, company newsletter and event announcements
• Update company headlines and news on the country website
• Generate trade show passes, thank you letters, form letters for mailing mass brochures to the company prospective customers
• Managing marketing and media event budgets and arranging preparatory meetings for trade shows and seminars
• Validating and fulfilling request for information and marketing, tracking mails and requests
• Complete marketing projects that include running marketing reports, conducting basic research on company and other assignments in database.
2.Qualification
• Possess skills in event project management
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles
• Understand new media technologies and online advertising
• Excellent copyright skills and able to rework on technical aspects for a broad range of audience
• Effective Korean/English presentation skills and ability to respond professionally to questions from team of managers, members, clients and public
• Capable of writing short reports, procedures and business correspondence
• Ability to work as part of a team driven environment
• Basic ability analyze data and identify trends
• Well built skills in organization, prioritization and time management
• Work to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail

• Highly self-motivated individual
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/ marketing/ mass communications
